Hernando Granados
Hernando Granados-Chiong is a registered psychologist and organisational psychology consultant specialising in leadership development, executive coaching, psychometric assessment and organisational effectiveness. He holds a Master of Industrial and Organisational Psychology with Distinction from the University of Western Australia and is an ICF Certified Coach.
Hernando believes that effective development requires more than insight alone. His work focuses on helping clients translate awareness into practical action through structured reflection, evidence-based tools, clear accountability and solutions tailored to their organisational context.
His experience spans leadership assessment, talent management, organisational development, employee experience, programme evaluation, workforce transformation and executive coaching across venture capital, healthcare, insurance and higher education.
